Cocoa cottage was built with the idea of creating a place that would be in harmony with nature, therefore Environmental Consciousness is integrated in our daily life.

Our objective is to adopt new ways of simplicity, less consumerism, protect the land around us and put all of our energy back into the guest experience.

Cocoa cottage is a canvas for an artistic expression of its owners, we love art and music. You’ll find original paintings and a patchwork of colors all around.

We offer visitors what locals do, not what locals think visitors want to do. There is very little pampering here, aside from telephone and wireless internet service there are few non-essentials, so forget about foot rubs, caviar, AC, television or buying spring water... just open your shower head and you can literally bath in the stuff... that's the way the regulars like it here.

Cocoa Cottage emphasizes natural 'Ital' vegetarian living and authentic Caribbean cooking. Vegetables and fruits are organically grown on the property and in the neighborhood. We also serve fresh fish and local chicken dishes to your request.
